For missing K-drama or C-drama titles, use the request flow in the Community hub while logged in — it routes straight to our review queue.
Copyright / takedown requests
If you're a rights holder and want a title removed from our catalog or a third-party embed unlinked, email info@rygroup.asia with the title, episode(s), and your relationship to the content. We respond to legitimate requests promptly.
Account and billing
For account or VIP subscription issues, include the email address on your account so we can look it up quickly.
